Sometimes i think perhaps i am deluding myself into thinking i am doing any good here. Perhaps it is just a fantasy that i am making anything better. Is it me pushing others away, or the other way around?
I suppose everyone has these moments of doubt.

I don't know the details of your situation, but I do know that our relationships on SL are often difficult because people mis-read emotion behind text, depending on how they feel at the time. It's also difficult not to mind-read and second guess what's going on.
